Since the new camera is not a SLR, the viewfinder is not exactly where the lens is located, leading to some necessary adjustments when shooting pictures through a chain link fence.

We pulled off the road and hiked up to a "scenic overlook", but Rod figured that he had to add his own scenery to the picture to make it worth while. No, it is not any more interesting looking in the opposite direction.

With scenery like this, the photographer gets desperate for something in the foreground.

The following few pictures were taken of the desert along I10 entering AZ. No comments provided for each one, just nice scenery.
